By accessing and using peaklabsresearch.com ("the Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

All products sold by Peak Labs Research are intended strictly for in vitro research and laboratory use only. These products are NOT intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, or any clinical application. By purchasing from Peak Labs Research, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or laboratory professional acquiring these compounds solely for legitimate scientific research purposes.

You must be at least 21 years of age and acting on behalf of a legitimate business, academic, clinical-laboratory, contract-research, or private research organisation.

By creating an account, signing the attestation, accessing checkout, or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are age 21 or older, that you are a qualified professional with the training and authority to purchase, handle, store, and use research materials, and that you are qualified to do so in your jurisdiction and at your institution.

Peak Labs Research products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not drugs, dietary supplements, food, or cosmetics, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition. No information on this Site constitutes medical, therapeutic, or clinical advice.

Guest checkout, express checkout, and one-click checkout are not offered. Checkout is limited to account holders who have completed the required qualification fields — entity name and type, buyer or researcher category, and field of qualified research — and who have signed the attestation covering age, qualified-counterparty status, and intended use.

We may deny, suspend, or terminate any account or order for compliance reasons at our discretion.

We may verify purchaser identity and research qualifications, and may refuse, hold, or cancel any order at our discretion.

We do not accept orders associated with pharmacies, compounding pharmacies, med spas, weight-loss clinics, TRT or hormone clinics, gyms, dormitories, or any other non-qualified end-use channel, or where the account details, delivery destination, or transaction characteristics suggest non-research end use.

Permitted and prohibited uses of our materials are set out in the Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. In summary: no administration to humans or animals, no compounding or dispensing, no repackaging or relabelling, no resale for consumer use, and no export outside the United States.

You are responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations applicable to the purchase, storage, handling, transfer, use, and disposal of the products, including any institutional review or biosafety requirements that apply to you.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate. Analytical data is reported from the certificate for the batch stated on the product page. Certificates of Analysis reporting HPLC/MS purity, mass, and identity are available on request.

All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and the screening described above. Payment is processed at checkout through a PCI-compliant provider; we do not store full card-payment credentials on our systems. All amounts are charged in United States Dollars.

We ship within the United States only. Orders ship in plain, tamper-evident outer packaging appropriate to laboratory materials, with end-to-end carrier tracking. First orders require adult signature confirmation on delivery by a recipient age 21 or older.

Title and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser on tender to the carrier. Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Full terms are in the Shipping Policy.

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are governed by the Refund and Return Policy and the Cancellation Policy, both incorporated into these terms by reference.

In summary: materials are non-returnable after shipment except for a documented shipping error, damage in transit, or fulfilment mistake, reported in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery. Contact us before initiating a payment dispute. Nothing here limits any non-waivable cardholder rights.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Peak Labs Research, its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your breach of these terms, your misuse of any product, unauthorised resale or distribution, violation of law, or any use inconsistent with the research-use-only restrictions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peak Labs Research is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this Site, and our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

Except as expressly stated in writing, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and product images, is the property of Peak Labs Research and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective on posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
