Note: Sections 2 and 4 describe the qualification and record-keeping controls. The attestation capture and retained transaction record described there are being implemented; this page will be dated to the release that completes them.
Peak Labs Research supplies research-use-only materials on a business-to-business basis, within the United States only. Our controls are built to the intended-use standard at 21 CFR §201.128: what a product is intended for is determined by the objective circumstances surrounding its sale, not only by the label on the vial.
In practice that means our obligations do not end at a disclaimer. How we describe a compound, who we accept as a customer, and what we do when an order looks like it is destined for consumer use are all part of the same standard.
Purchasing requires an account. At account creation we collect the entity name and type, the buyer or researcher category, and the field of qualified research. Purchasers confirm they are age 21 or older.
Before an order can be submitted, the purchaser signs an attestation covering age, qualified-counterparty status, and intended use. The attestation text is fixed and cannot be edited or waived.
Orders are reviewed before shipment. We may place an order on hold, request additional qualification information, cancel it, or refuse shipment where the account details, delivery destination, end-use indicators, or transaction characteristics suggest prohibited use, unauthorised redistribution, fraud, or elevated dispute risk.
We do not ship to pharmacies, compounding pharmacies, med spas, weight-loss clinics, TRT or hormone clinics, gyms, dormitories, or any other non-qualified end-use channel.
First orders require adult signature confirmation on delivery by a recipient age 21 or older. We may require it on any subsequent order.
For each transaction we retain the counterparty type, the declared intended use, the timestamp, the originating IP address, and a hash of the signed attestation. Records are retained so that the basis on which any given order was accepted can be reconstructed, and are available for processor or regulatory review on request.
Health, therapeutic, anti-aging, performance, recovery, and wellness claims are prohibited across this site — including page copy, page metadata, structured data, product listings, and any material we publish elsewhere. Product descriptions state what a compound is and what its analytical data shows.
Standing research-use-only and FDA non-evaluation disclosures appear on every product page and cannot be removed to accommodate a layout.
We supply within the United States only. We do not export, and we do not accept orders for delivery outside the United States. Orders originating from or destined for a restricted jurisdiction are refused.
This site is reviewed on a recurring basis against the standard described above. Findings are remediated by us. Where a finding cannot be remediated, the affected listing or page is taken down until it can be.
Compliance enquiries, including requests for transaction records by a processor or regulator, should be directed to orders@peaklabsresearch.com.
