All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Peak Labs Research currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We offer the following options:
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $300.
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or our company name on the exterior. Your privacy is important to us. The return address will appear as a generic shipping label.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
All lyophilized peptides are shipped in stable powder form and do not require refrigeration during transit. Upon receipt, products should be stored according to the guidelines provided. Lyophilized peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from light. Once reconstituted, products must be refrigerated.
Peak Labs Research is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. For packages lost in transit, contact us at orders@peaklabsresearch.com and we will assist in filing a claim.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@peaklabsresearch.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Peak Labs Research is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to a re-shipping fee.
If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing a product, contact us at orders@peaklabsresearch.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
