Promotion Terms

Promotions, discounts, and reward offers on this site are offered by Peak Labs Research, are limited in time, and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without notice. They apply to eligible items only, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are not applied retroactively to completed orders. All amounts are shown and charged in United States Dollars.

Where an automatic sitewide discount is running, it is deducted at checkout with no code required. It applies to the merchandise subtotal only and not to shipping, service fees, or taxes, and it ends automatically at the posted end date and time.

A discount code must be entered at checkout before the order is submitted. One code may be applied per order. Where stated, a code may stack on an active automatic discount; codes never stack with one another. Codes are limited to one use per account unless stated otherwise, apply to the merchandise subtotal only, and are voided if the associated order is cancelled or refunded.

Where an offer depends on reaching an order value, that value is evaluated on the merchandise subtotal after all discounts are applied and before shipping, service fees, and taxes.

Items included at no charge are added automatically when the qualifying total is met, are subject to availability, and may be substituted with an item of equal or greater value. If a qualifying order is partially refunded below the threshold, the value of the included item may be deducted from the refund.

Promotions are available only to purchasers age 21 or older who are acquiring materials as research reference materials for lawful laboratory purposes, on an approved account in good standing.

We may cancel an order or revoke a promotion where we identify fraud, code sharing, reseller activity, or an error in pricing or offer terms.
