Promotion Terms

Promotions, discounts, and reward offers on this site are offered by Peak Labs Research, are limited in time, and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without notice. They apply to eligible items only, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are not applied retroactively to completed orders. All amounts are shown and charged in United States Dollars.

Where an automatic sitewide discount is running, it is deducted at checkout with no code required. It applies to the merchandise subtotal only and not to shipping, service fees, or taxes, and it ends automatically at the posted end date and time.

A discount code must be entered at checkout before the order is submitted. One code may be applied per order. Where stated, a code may stack on an active automatic discount; codes never stack with one another. Codes are limited to one use per account unless stated otherwise, apply to the merchandise subtotal only, and are voided if the associated order is cancelled or refunded.

Codes apply to single vials only and never to bulk kits. A code marked for returning customers is valid only on an email address with a prior paid order.

Where an offer depends on reaching an order value, that value is evaluated on the merchandise subtotal after all discounts are applied and before shipping, service fees, and taxes.

Items included at no charge are added automatically when the qualifying total is met, are subject to availability, and may be substituted with an item of equal or greater value. If a qualifying order is partially refunded below the threshold, the value of the included item may be deducted from the refund.

Promotions are available only to purchasers age 21 or older who are acquiring materials as research reference materials for lawful laboratory purposes, on an approved account in good standing.

We may cancel an order or revoke a promotion where we identify fraud, code sharing (other than a referral code shared as section 6 allows), reseller activity, or an error in pricing or offer terms.

Who qualifies. A customer receives a referral code once one of their orders has been paid. A referral counts only for a new customer: an email address with no prior paid order, different from the referrer's, shipping to an address the referrer has not used. The referral code is entered in the promo code field and takes 10% off single vials on that first order. It does not apply to bulk kits and cannot be combined with another code.

The reward. The referrer receives $25 in store credit when the referred order ships. Credit is not issued for orders that are cancelled or never ship. Rewards are limited to 20 per referrer per calendar year; referrals beyond that are void.

Using store credit. Store credit is spent with a private credit code together with the email address it was issued to. It applies to merchandise after any discount, never to shipping, and may cover at most 50% of an order's merchandise. Credit applied to an order that is cancelled before payment is returned to the balance. Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Keep the credit code private: anyone with the code and the matching email address can spend it.

Disclosure and conduct. If you share your code publicly, disclose that you receive store credit for referrals. Referrals must not describe any use of our products, health effects, or amounts. We void referrals and credit earned through such statements.

Changes. We may change or end the referral program with 30 days' notice. Unused store credit survives a program change.
