Subscribe & Save Terms

Subscribe & save is a scheduled reorder of single vials. Kits can't be added. You choose a schedule when you add a vial to your cart: reorder every 30, 45, 60 or 90 days.

Each order on Subscribe & save, including the first, is 15% off the current single-vial price. The 15% is locked in when you sign up; if we change the rate for new subscriptions later, yours keeps its rate. Promo and referral codes don't apply to Subscribe & save items.

We don't store payment details and nothing is charged automatically. Each scheduled reorder is a new order that you confirm and pay yourself, with the same payment methods as checkout. Each one is placed under the same research-use attestation as any other order.

We email you 3 days before each reorder is due, with a link to confirm it. Prices follow current list prices: each reorder is priced at the single-vial price on the day you confirm it, less your locked discount. Out-of-stock items are left off that reorder; if everything is out of stock, the reorder is skipped and doesn't count as missed.

A reorder that isn't confirmed within 7 days after its due date is skipped, as is a confirmed reorder that hasn't been paid by then. After 2 skipped in a row, we pause the subscription and email you once with a link to resume it. The schedule stays on its original dates and doesn't move when you pay late.

Every Subscribe & save email has a link to manage your subscription. No account is needed. From it you can skip the next reorder, pause or resume, change the schedule, change quantities, add or remove vials, and update the shipping address.

You can cancel anytime from the same page. Cancelling takes effect immediately, and the links in earlier emails stop working. Orders you have already confirmed are not affected. Lost the link? Request it at peaklabsresearch.com/subscriptions.

We may change or end Subscribe & save with 30 days' notice by email. A change never applies to an order you have already confirmed.

Any automatic payment option we offer in the future will require your separate consent. It will never be switched on for an existing subscription without it.

This product is supplied solely for lawful in vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. Not for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, application, or any in vivo use. The reorder schedule is a shipping schedule only.
