Acceptable Use Policy

Last Updated: September 2026

Important: This policy governs what our materials may be used for. It applies to every account holder and every order, and it is incorporated into the Terms of Service.

1. PERMITTED USE

Materials supplied by Peak Labs Research may be used only for lawful in vitro laboratory research, by qualified professionals, on behalf of a legitimate business, academic, clinical-laboratory, contract-research, or private research organisation.

Purchasers are responsible for the safe handling, storage, transport, and disposal of all materials, and for any institutional review, biosafety, or licensing requirements that apply to them.

2. PROHIBITED USE

The following are prohibited without exception:

Administration to humans or animals, by any route, including ingestion, injection, inhalation, and topical application.

Compounding, dispensing, repackaging, relabelling, or preparing material for patient use.

Resale or redistribution for consumer use, or any onward supply to a party that would use the material in the ways described above.

Use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of any disease or condition.

Export outside the United States. We supply within the United States only.

Use in a manner that violates any federal, state, or local law, or the terms of any licence you hold.

3. PROHIBITED END-USE CHANNELS

We do not sell to, or ship to, pharmacies, compounding pharmacies, med spas, weight-loss clinics, TRT or hormone clinics, gyms, dormitories, or any other non-qualified end-use channel.

Orders whose billing details, shipping destination, or account information indicate one of these channels are cancelled. This applies regardless of how the account describes its research purpose.

4. NO HEALTH OR PERFORMANCE CLAIMS

Peak Labs Research makes no health, therapeutic, anti-aging, performance, recovery, or wellness claims about any material it supplies, anywhere — on this site, in its metadata, in any listing, or in any communication.

Product information describes the compound and its analytical data. Where published preclinical findings are referenced, they are described as literature, not as an outcome of use. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Account holders may not describe our materials in those terms in any onward context. Doing so is a breach of these terms.

5. ACCURACY OF ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Qualification information provided at account creation and at checkout must be accurate and current. Supplying false entity, category, or intended-use information is a breach of these terms and voids any order placed on that account.

6. ENFORCEMENT

We may refuse, hold, or cancel any order, and suspend or terminate any account, where we identify a breach of this policy or have reasonable grounds to suspect one. Where an account is terminated for breach, unshipped orders are cancelled and refunded.

Report a suspected misuse of our materials to orders@peaklabsresearch.com.
