Peak Labs is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your personal data.
When you place an order, we collect:
• Name and shipping address
• Email address
• Order details and transaction history
• Cryptocurrency wallet transaction IDs (no card data stored)
When you sign up for email, ask for new COAs for a compound ("Email me new COAs"), or ask to be notified when an item is back in stock ("Notify me"), we collect your email address and the compounds you asked about, with a consent record: the date, and for a confirmed sign-up the IP address and browser used to confirm.
If you take part in the referral program, we keep your referral code and any store-credit balance, tied to your email address.
We do not collect or store credit card numbers, bank account information, or government identification.
We use your information to:
• Process and fulfill your orders
• Send order confirmations and shipping updates
• Respond to customer service inquiries
• Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
• Order emails are sent for every order.
• With your consent, we send restock alerts, new lot and COA notices, reorder reminders and occasional offers. Consent comes from the checkbox at checkout, a confirmed sign-up, or a "Notify me" request.
• Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe by emailing orders@peaklabsresearch.com.
• Unsubscribed addresses are kept only on a do-not-email list, so they aren't emailed again.
• We don't sell, rent or share the list.
• Store-credit notices are account messages and are sent regardless of marketing preferences.
Peak Labs does not store any payment credentials. Transaction records are retained solely for order verification and fraud prevention.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our Site uses SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Order records are typically retained for seven (7) years to comply with applicable tax and business record requirements.
