Cancellation Policy

An order can be cancelled at no charge at any point before it enters fulfilment. Email orders@peaklabsresearch.com with your order number. Orders held for compliance review have not entered fulfilment and can still be cancelled.

Once an order has been packed or a shipping label has been generated, it cannot be cancelled. If the shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, it is handled under the Refund and Return Policy.

We may cancel an order at our discretion where qualification, end use, billing details, or shipping destination cannot be verified, where stock is unavailable, or where a pricing or offer error is identified. Where we cancel an order that has been paid, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method.
